After reading quite many posts on Vivawoman, i am so inspired by her posts about the power of essential oil in healing. So, I got myself some equipment to experiment it myself. Darn i am always inspired!

One virgin coconut, or any fragrance free base/carrier oil. I bought virgin coconut because it is cheapest of the lot. Pure essential oil should NEVER be applied undiluted directly onto our skin as it will damage our skin. So, we need some base oil to dilute it.

My essential oil: The Body Shop Total Energy essential oil. Retails at RM55.

Key ingredients:

Ginger, Rosemary and Peppermint – Known for stimulating, invigorating and cleansing properties

Lemon, Cadarwood and patchouli – Invigorate the senses and promotes a sense of harmony.

And a cute cock bowl. hehehe i bought it new!
