Hi there, I would definitely recommend the spa located next to 7-11 one level down. I think much about the uncle who does the foot reflexology, but the traditional massage is one of the best I have ever encountered. There are, of course, all treatments. I just finished getting my herbal ball massage deal at jari spa and I am a very satisfied customer. My bf enjoyed it as well. Although i’d to admit that i wouldnt pay full price for it. Best part is, the lady at reception didn’t try to talk us into purchasing their packages. Just gave us some brochures for reference. I will definitely frequent this place again if there are more deals like this in the future. Otherwise, the prices are just too steep.

I also bought the same Jari Spa deal and was sooo excited to try it but then after I came across this review and also the other one by ParisB I became really worried that I might end up regretting this experience. But, i still went with an open mind even though my expectation level had gone waaaaay down and I actually ended up really enjoying this treatment. They called me a day before to confirm my appointment which was a nice surprise. I always take this as a good sign because I have shown up at a different spa before with an appointment and they said it wasn’t in their calendar and asked me to come back another day. WTF! =p Anyway, my masseuse at Jari Spa was very friendly and did a good job with the massage. The body scrub and mask were refreshing and (surprise, surprise!) they didn’t skip the herbal bath. The jacuzzi at the end was really nice but unfortunately when I wanted to shower afterwards the hot water wasn’t working so I ended up having a cold shower and was freezing in the airconditioned room! That was the only complaint I would have. Otherwise I have to admit everything was actually good and I would go back if they had another offer. I wouldn’t pay the full price for this place though. Still, overall it was a good experience. Either some of you were just very unlucky or the spa has improved their service after all those bad reviews.

I had quite a good experience there.. everything was good. I have to agree the Bali massage was not like Bali massage though executed at the points that usual Bali massage does.. I’ve done in Malaysia and in Bali .. but here the Bali massage was not so good.

However, the girl who attended to me was very friendly and made me comfortable. And after the treatment, sipping the ginger tea at the relaxation room was definitely a plus point. the mask was very moisturising too.. but I was scrubbed a bit roughly by the girl too. she said it was too slough away the deadcells..hm.

Overall, if I wanted some pampering for RM59, I would go again, but I really like my Bali massage to be done properly, so I think I’ll stick to the one I usually go to.

Hey there, I went for a treatment last Sunday using the Orangedeal voucher and my experience was totally different with what you had. So sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience while mine was a wonderful one. I arrived 10 minutes earlier (luckily I’ve been to Solaris Dutamas before) from the schedule and the treatment started with foot bath. Owhh..yaa,the moment I entered the room,i was briefly explained by the masseur on the whole treatment during the 2 hours sessions. During the foot bath session, the masseur did ask me if the water was hot.The 2nd treatment was supposed to be the Herbal steam bath but I was told that the machine need some time to get hot and steamy,so I was asked for the body massage. The massage was great. The masseur was very professional – asked me to let her know either the pressure was ok or not.The herbal bath really sweat me a lot.The scrub and the mask was good.I was warned that the mask was cold.Lastly,the milk bath and jacuzzi were great to complete the whole process.I was given a Chocolate butter (like a lotion) as a token coz the Orangdeal voucher comes with a free gift. Overall,excellent services from Jari Spa.I’ll be back.I’ve bought their deal from ilovediscount and gonna buy from the milkadeal as well.My suggestion to everyone who bought the voucher,come early so that you can relax and enjoy the treatment.Cheers 🙂
