its not dumb at all! how i usually apply is: i will spray a mist over my face ans pat it lightly dry then just reapply this moisturizer!
true that i have sunblock as the top layer, but i have no choice other than topping over the sunblock. well if u are hardworking enough, u can reapply the sunblock as well!

i just do it at my desk, toilet is not my fav place either.

Do you go to the ladies washroom, wash your face then reapply the cream? The ladies is not exactly my favorite place you see, but surely we do not have to apply the moisturizer over the first layer put on in the morning. Just wondering..
