For example when I bought some creams (kind of expensive ones) and when I received them they were not in boxes or sealed, I just received the jars. The seller said that on his page was written packed and this doesn’t mean that boxes are included also. OK maybe English is not my native language but from where I come if you sell only the jars you mention this on product’s info.
