Ever since when I started using foot cream religiously (when I hooked an organizer on the wall), I did notice a vast improvement on my feet – especially the heels!
It’s enough to repair the daily damage but not good enough to keep it moisturized, because you are still subjected to fan or air-conditioner damage at night.
So I thought – hey what amount trying to maximize the efficacy of the foot cream?
It’s a simple solution that I have long forgotten – wearing socks to sleep!
After the foot cream/cuticle oil application, wait for about 1-2 mins to let it absorb, then put on a pair of clean socks to bed.
You might not see result the first few nights – but if you are persistent enough, you will see the results after 2 weeks or so. I used to wear socks on my hands to bed too, but it was just too much of a hassle for not being able to do anything without hands.
You don’t need a pair of thick socks, neither do you need to wash it daily because you just sleep with it.
On a Sunday morning, instead of sleeping in, I decided to wake up early for a ‘protest’ – it was to save a jungle/park. Everyday, many people exercise in this area and it is a biker’s heaven because of its challenging jungle trails for cycling!
I was really proud that I made it as early as before 8am.
There was a huge crowd walking in …errr..protest because apparently, there is a plan to demolish the entire jungle to build a theme park in the middle of nowhere. It’d be a real pity if it really happens because our next generations will have no means to see the greens, or to exercise outdoor again. It also means that the whole ecology in the jungle will be disturbed. Where are the monkeys, birds and snakes going to?
I certainly hope that this project will be terminated
Then I got home and took a long nap after my brunch – that was how I spent my Sunday, what about you?
