What is your most important skincare tip for bride-to-be?

SLEEP SLEEP AND SLEEP! Sleeping is the most basic thing , because bride-to-be tends to lack of sleep due to the nervousity of becoming a bride.

So sleep is the MOST impoertant and most basic thing! Then mask, beauty care, will be the later things to do to boost up everything! Nevertheless, being optimistic and enjoy the process is important! You will look beauty naturally when you’re happy, isn’t ? Yes, it is!

So SLEEP + HAPPY = PRETTY BRIDE! ^^

facial mist like avene’s! i really love it, adds moisture and takes away some of the gross sticky feeling when you’ve been out in the hot weather for too long

Most important skincare tip: Make sure your skin are hydrated and especially the “mask” with relaxing is the first thing that come in after a long day of planning for the wedding and stress. Second is the eyes cream ~ we don’t want to wake up with dark circle or eyes bag during the wedding day right ^^

Most important tip: good planning and don’t stress out! Stress can cause breakouts and the worse thing is, it is hard to cure stress. Then of course keep your skin hydrated, drink lots of water, slather on the moisturizer and facial pampering.

Most important skincare tip – Get enough beauty sleep every night!! Sometimes we’re so busy juggling between work and planning the wedding that we stay up late to get things done. Before you know it – 1 nite’s lack of sleep will carryover to the next nite, and the next, and the next….. So make sure to get enough sleep everday up to the wedding!

I’m going to walk down the aisle as well in November this year.I have to say i have been a slacker in taking care of my skin & it just dawn on me i have 6 months left to make up for my laziness. So in answering your question.The most important skincare tip for a bride-to-be (time to eat my own words!ha ha)It would be to STOP BEING LAZY!! Start taking care of yr skin & health. Drink more H2O,sleep at least 8 hours a day,go for regular facials, use a hydrating mask one a week and most importantly SMILE more often.
