Nikki: In fact, it works like magic! No more panda eye with pencil liner! <3 it alot 🙂

Once the pencil is dry, it will be back to the original state, I usually leave it uncapped after dampening it, then after a while, voila! dry again.

Kahani: the eyeliner brush is from the maybelline gel liner. hehehe. but if you have this product on hand, it is really versatile, and the price is actually much more affordable compared to other brands in the market.

Hi sis, thanks for the review, yes, I know how oily your lids are, so if you say this works, I believe it really does!

By the way, question, since you wet the pencil, will it still be ok for the pencil to be used dry? won’t it ruin the pencil 🙂
