The “boss” lady was overly rude to her staff, constantly interrupting them and talking harsh to them which made me very uneasy. She also convinced me to get a leg waxing because they had a promotion, I was doubtful because the hair on my legs were short but she assured me that they were long enough and I trusted her thinking she has enough experience. I ended up with a very botched job; most of the hair couldn’t be pulled off and the girl repeatedly waxed the same area which left the skin red, sensitive and painful. Also my eyebrows, the main reason I went there, were uneven and looked horrible at the end.

So unhappy with this experience.
