As a teenager I used to put lemon juice on my skin as an exfoliater…it made me skin really smooth by dissolving all the crap on the surface. I also love drinking this with hot water in winter and iced-cold in summer. Just a great way to get Vitamin C into your system.

used to use lime when parents grew them! now no more lime so lemon it is, and lemon is actually more versatile
