I have tried qua sha many times especiaaly when you have body aches. It releive of winds from your body .

Have tried gua sha on face and a bit on the shoulder…don’t remember if I’ve done the full back though. It’s okay, I don’t mind since I can’t see the red marks. LOL.

I’ve never tried this, but will probably get around to it one of these days! 😛 I’m a bit scared of the bruising though…

I had it done once. Though it did ease the knots and all…… it is awfully painful. The pain, for me, lasts 2 weeks! I don’t think I can bring myself to that experience again.
