Great write-up and it’s scary to know that one’s feet can conform to the shoe’s shape! When I’m out training I wear heels (small ones) and it’s painful enough cuz I have to stand for long hours. So when I’m in the office, I just wear flats. I’m choosing comfort over style!

I prefer to wear flat, but heels do makes me look slimmer I guess and I’m wear Clarks wedge like heels which is actually comfy and don’t feel like heels at all

i wear flats everyday :(. even 1 inch heels kills me by midday. i walk around for most of my 9 hour shift. pain over beauty is just not feasible * double 🙁 *
