Have you been seeing this Maybelline Impact Express Smooth Pencil Shadow on the shelf? Wonder how it performs? It is actually in a softer pink, but camera WB just screwed it up. The good thing about pencil shadow is, it is easier to carry around, no messy application. Now, let’s continue to the swatch.
