So many facts we always read, such as:
a. have enough rest, sleep early
b. drink at least 8 glasses of water
c. avoid spicy/fried food
d. avoid prolong sun exposure
e. have at least 5 servings of fresh fruits/vege
etc..etc.
Saw this brand in pharmacies long ago but finally gave this cleansing foam a go. In fact, I think their hit product is the Vitamin E cream.
First of all, this cleanser has very light scent, and when you lather in on your palm, you can actually make a lot of foam, then only cleanse your face with it.

I have always known that Himalaya have pretty decent herbal products, and it is very value-for-money. Some people that I know of swear by this Himalaya Purifying Neem Face Wash Gel. Since it was on promotional pack on the shelf, I decided to pick one and try out.
It is said to prevent acne and some oil controlling stuff.
