Sungei Wang is not my favorite place to hang out at, but sometimes I do find some gems there!
Such as, this Sutra Shining Girl Eyeshadow Quad.
According to the seller, it is a Korean brand but it seems like China/Taiwan made product because there at the back of the box everything is printed in Chinese.
Opening the case, it actually looks quite cute!
What makes this unique is – it comes with a base (wax) together with a quad!
And for the first time I love a green on an eyeshadow palette!
And the staying power with the base is fantastic!
The left hand without base and right with base.
As you can see, the shadow shows up quite intense with the base. I wonder why is the base color so dark? Does anyone know? The base works well with the color from the palette, but unfortunately it won’t work for other eyeshadows from what I have tested.
And see? It is long lasting! The colors hardly budge even under running water!
All in all, I think it is a great quad…and it is only RM20! What more can you ask for right?
The name of the shop in Sg Wang is called Queens, located on the 1st Floor (Near Padini).
Apparently, they started from blog shop first, www.ladiesfirstshowproducts.blogspot.com. I think they have quite some interesting products. Quite worth browsing 😀

Wow sister, it is indeed super long lasting! this is a wonderful e/s!
This one looks familiar. In fact, it looks like Lancome Pop n Petrol!
yes really looks like the one from Pop & Petrol except they dont have the base(wax) , rm20 is damn good deal !
Jessie: haha i love the shade too!
Nikki: yeah unexpected 😀
ParisB: now i think so too!
Jem: for this, rm20 is heavenly!
The colors are beautiful, especially that green, and they look very longlasting too. It’s a great palette but it’s a shame the base won’t work well with other eyeshadows.
Time to drop by Sungei Wang again!! 😀
