Acne has been a common problem for most of the teenagers. Like my sister, she, has also suffered the same fate. Acne is nothing new and has been around as long as the human lived.
But, there are so many acne combating skincare in the market,how should you go round choosing a suitable one? My sister had tried numerous acne cream, facial wash, even from the beauty salon, but none of them worked. So, she decided to switch to the doctor for help.
The doctor initially prescribed her a trial version of the Neosatra acne combat series. Neosatra, I believe, is a pharmaceutical brand, which is only available at the doctors or selected pharmacies. It’s not those over-the-counter product. The doctor also gave her medicine such as Anti-Biotics as well, to control the outbreak.
My sister has an oily skin, and due to the study stress, the break outs are non-stop, they become especially bad nearing the exam time. But too bad she did not let me take a picture of her. Otherwise I could show you guys. So, she started the Neosatra facial cleanser as a start, together with oil control and day cream., and of course, acne cream.
With the combination of both medication and skincare, significant results were shown shortly after 2 weeks use. I can tell you, the results were better and faster than we had expected. The redden patches of acne were faded to lighter red, and the outbreaks stopped. But the nature of this clarifying facial cleanser is quite drying, and it smells medicated. Since I do not have much acne problem, I did not try it out, and it’s also because she forbad me from wasting her precious product. According to her, I should not try to jeapordize her ‘lifetime happiness’.
