If you are a fan of Taiwanese variety show (particularly Ladies First), then you should be very familiar with Judy Lin.

A little bit of background: Judy Lin is a very famous hair stylist in Taiwan. She is great at DIY hair styling and you will be amazed with what I can do with our hair, on our own.
She always makes appearances in Lady First as hair guru.
I have always admired her as she still looks fabulous even though she is a mummy already! Now, dare you say you are not envious?
Judy Lin will be here in KL (The Gardens Hotel) on 17/10/2010 at 11am to share with you her very own hair styling tips with OSiS hair products.
How to register?

W00t! It’s September already? It reminds me of the song – Wake Me Up When September Ends.
August definitely is another prosperous month for me – not financially, but spiritually, cause there are so many good reads around!
My particular favorites are:
- I seriously feel like getting a pair of FitFlops after reading really convincing review on Beetrice, gosh, if only they have some corporate-friendly designs!
- I didn’t think highly of the Maybelline’s Hello Kitty Mascara till I read Yani’s Review. Perhaps, or maybe it might work for me also?
- The Sigma brush traveling kit Nikki has is so cute! I wanna have them too!
- Somehow I envy Paris B cause she scored herself a nice envelope clutch from her mom’s closet. If only my mom had kept hers… *HMMMPHH*
- Love the red hot polish Jenn has! Maybe it is a sign for me to get it too.
- Syen hauled some delicious NARS stuff, and it reminds me of my long forgotten Super Orgasm. Ooops!
I am definitely looking forward to September…
cause of the public holiday. Yeay!
Oh dear! It’s August already???
Time passes so fast that I couldn’t catch it anymore. August means a lot of new changes for me – including a new department, which is something I was quite excited about and also sad at the same time. Life moves on I guess? And oh the bummer, I have limited Internet access at the new work place, so if I have not commented in your blogs, it means I really had no Internet access at all
This month, let’s see what are the interesting blog posts I read from the blogs:
- Askmewhats went all nerdy! If you are looking around to get a new phone, hop to her Samsung Galaxy phone review. Please do not kill her if you are tempted to buy.
- LipGlossEater shares her tips on Masking 101, I especially love to mad scientist photo!
- MyWomenStuff shares some makeup tips and trends by Mac Senior Pro Makeup Artist, and the lucky lady had the chance to meet him in person!
- RedLusciousLips can seriously pull of just ANY shade of RED! Even a L’oreal lipstick looks like Channel on her!
- Skin Deco tempted me with her Rene Furterer hair products and I will seriously get it one day!
- It is a little unusual, but I really love SoLoverly’s Bangkok haul!!! Wish I were there too!
OMG how time flies! It’s end of May already.
May has been a roller-coaster ride for me, for both personal and work.

Thanks to the girls who attended my wedding (especially bee who flew from Singkapo for me), you girls rocked! And some who could not come, thanks for your well wishes

Time really flies for me for the past few months. Although I have been quite pre-occupied with all the wedding preparations, beauty-read is still a MUST for me.
Let’s see what are my favorite reads of April:
- ParisB of MyWomenStuff shared the greatest tip for us who love shopping! Learn the money tip and and we all now can afford our dream goals too!
- Syen of SoLoverly shared her oral secret with us, I always keep dental care at the back of my mind yet can’t execute it!
- Nikki of AskMeWhats has now turned into a fashion stylist! Check out her post on how to dress in style. I really dig the layering concept!
- Connie of SkinDeco has reviewed 4 shades of Maybelline lippies, and oh boy! Her lips look so much sexier than mine! *sour*
- Jenn of LipGlossEater has swatched a new shade of nail polish (Studded) from MAC collection, and gosh! I still remember the shade till now, I hardly remember the shade of any polish… so I think it is a sign!

More often than not, I have always asked myself: Why just can’t I be very fair despite the fact that I avoid sun and also use sunscreen religiously?
Well I guess this is a pretty common question among the Asians. Eventually, I learnt the fact that there is NO SHORT CUT to whiten myself, I can only keep my skintone look even hence more radiant with the use of whitening products.
Recently, Clarins has launched a new range known as the White Plus HP Sea Lily Enriched. With they key ingredient as Sea Lily extract, they have discovered another breakthrough in skin whitening.

A little bit of background:
Like any cell with dendrites, the melanocyte has the capacity to extend its <> and retract them. This phenomenon is called “dendricity” which is just like an extension of the “Melanin Tunnel” to transport and transfer melanin to epidermal cells. With increasing UV aggression, inflammation, stress damages…etc., in order to quickly deliver this large quantity of melanosomes to the skin, dendrites extend and ramify, finally more and more melanins are distributed to cells through the extension of “melanin tunnel”. Skin pigmentation quickly intensified resulting to skin darkening and dark spots.
