Together with the starter kit, it comes with a 30ml purifying toner as well. It claims to purify, soothe and hydrate.
Actually, I think that toner all feel the same to me, except for the toner with alcohol. Other than that every toner is almost the same.
So, I have nothing much to say about this toner is. All I think is, a generous 30ml toner will last you about 2 weeks if you go travel. 😀
