Together with the Clinique Moisture Surge Extra – Thirsty Skin Relief, I also bought this Cliniqe Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel with Pump – Combination Oily to Oily, for day use.
Why combination oily to oily when I have also dry skin? Well, you may ask this. The logic is simple, since it is for oily skin, so the texture is not too oily, if it is too dry for me, and I can slather a layer of Moisture Surge Extra if deemed necessary. However, if I pick the one for dry skin and if I find it too oily, then no more last resort for me. 😀
There are 2 types of this gel, one is without pump and this is with pump. Obviously, it is more hygienic and easier to work with a pump bottle. One thing about this day cream is, it does not have a SPF protection. So, I also bought another tube of city block SPF 40 to combine the use. I can use this day cream alone when I am at home all day!
True that, the texture is very light and it feels as though you are wearing nothing at all. Not exactly good for extra dry skin though as you might need to slather another layer of moisture surge, or simply, you should just get the one for dry skin.
It is totally fragrance-free and it does not irritate my skin at all. I guess I don’t mind buying this again unless I find one that’s more suitable for me.
At 125ml, it is available on Strawberry for USD$35, I think it is affordable. 😀 Not sure how much it retails over the counter, but it is definitely cheaper to get it online.
P/S: Well, my face did not show any dramatically different result with this moisturizer…

Joe: well, depends on how do u define effectiveness in this product? give you enough moisture? or show dramatic results?
It’s a pity that this does not work for everyone, ‘cos this is my holy grail of moisturisers 😀

I had used other Made from Earth skincare products before, and liked them, so figured I’d try the Vitamin Enhanced Moisturizer. I’ve been using it for about a month now, and really like it.
I was having issues with combination skin vs. dry windy winter weather, and this Made from Earth Vitamin Moisturizer is really helping quite a bit.
I’m lazy about using moisturizers so I don’t use it every day, or twice a day, but when I use it my skin feels better. That has motivated me to be better about using it then any product in the past has. It helps the dry without adding any trouble in the oily areas. It doesnt smell since its fragrence free, and once it’s on your face and absorbed it fades completely.
Everyone has different skin, but this is worth a try. The price seemed expensive at first, but considering it lasted me for three months, its way worth it – usually moisturzers finish in a month – but this last 3 months so its a GREAT value buy….

Incidentally, I am also interested in purchasing the DDMG from Strawberrynet, but I am eyeing the (unboxed) 200 ml bottle. However, I am a bit hesitant, as I am unsure whether this product is genuine, as I have searched the Clinique websites of various countries, and I could not find DDMG in 200 ml size listed.
Can anybody shed any light on this issue? Also, may I ask, how far is the expiry date from the date of purchase?
