Dry Skin Rescue in the Office: Clinique Moisture Surge Extended Thirst Relief

by prettybeautiful on March 16, 2011

Clinique Moisture Surge is really nothing new to us, in fact I have purchased a tub of the first generation of Moisture Surge Extra and liked it. On my 2nd tub, I have Clinique Moisture Surge Extended Thirst Relief.

Looking exactly the same, just an additional word of – extended.

With my current state of dehydration, I find myself reaching for moisturizer for re-application throughout the day in the office.

The ingredients.

Since it is a huge tub of 75ml, it is not exactly portable or hygienic to be dug out from the tub.

Using a small empty jar and a spatula, I depot the moisturizer into the small jar to keep in my handbag.

Compared to the original size, my mini-jar is much more convenient and user friendly :)

What I like about using this throughout the day is due to the fact of gel moisturizer, it is lighter without adding grease to the skin. And so I tend to reapply at least 2x through out my 8-hour long in office.

Instantly, the dry lines disappear and the applied area looks plump. Love the effect!

can be bought on StrawberryNet for about USD$62 (~RM190). It sometimes goes on sale and be sure to keep an eye if you are looking to buy or replenish your stock.

Unfortunately, my skin didn’t really like this one. It likes the H2O version more :( But it works on so many ppl!

erm… *dumb question coming* how do you reapply moisturizer in the office? Do you go to the ladies washroom, wash your face then reapply the cream? The ladies is not exactly my favorite place you see, but surely we do not have to apply the moisturizer over the first layer put on in the morning. Just wondering..

its not dumb at all! how i usually apply is: i will spray a mist over my face ans pat it lightly dry then just reapply this moisturizer!
true that i have sunblock as the top layer, but i have no choice other than topping over the sunblock. well if u are hardworking enough, u can reapply the sunblock as well!

i just do it at my desk, toilet is not my fav place either.
