Eau Thermale Avene Thermal Spring Water

I have seen many people recommending using spring water before applying powder foundation, and when reapplying make up. However, I never tried it until I got this bottle of Eau Thermale Avene Thermal Spring Water.

I have not been a fan of 2-way cake foundation, because I somehow just could not get the powder nice and sticking to my face without looking cakey. Then, now, I spray this spring water on my face first before applying 2-way foundation. To my surprise, the powder sticks to my face comfortably without looking cakey at all!

And my make up lasts longer than usual without feeling oily. I am going to buy another bottle of this to carry it everywhere I go!

A 50ml bottle priced at RM18.90, sometimes you see promotions at Guardian where twin bottles are cheaper!

Do enlighten me on how this does not get your face wet after spraying? I’ve heard so much about it, but I still don’t get how it works :(

Tine: U know, yes yr face will get wet after spraying, but, when you puff on the powder, the powder will stick so smoothly and nicely. you can try it one day, just load some tap water into a spray bottle, or even toner can do it. it feels awesome.

Well, Evian is just that – Evian. I PREFER Avene, which is slightly more expensive. If you’re really bent on getting Avene at a slightly better price, check out Alliance’s Beauty Shoppe in Shah Alam – since it’s their own personal store, the brand goes for about 10-15% cheaper there. :)

kechik: looks like you are a one big huge fan :D now i am carrying a bottle with me everywhere i go too!
