Eversoft Total Defence

Eversoft has been a series of facial cleansers for as long as I can remember. But, I am not a big fan of the cleanser though, somehow it irritates my skin.

Eversoft Total Defence

Since my mom is running out of day and night cream, so I was looking around Watsons for something that maybe suitable for my mom. I think since early last year, Eversoft expanded their skin care products, including new formula for facial cleansers, face creams and some wrinkle serum. Their packaging is really attractive I must say. Not many over the counter skincare products are in stunning red other than the famous SK II.

Since my mom has been using Eversoft cleanser, so, she should not have irratitations with their similar products. I must say that L’oreal has really good looking and a wide range of products. But too bad both me and my mom are allergic to their stuff. I get itchy and red patches once I use them. Ok, back to Eversoft. Since my mom is not that young anymore, so, aging skin has different needs from young skin. Aging skin needs to emphasize more on mosturizing and wrinkle minimizing stuff.

Since no one that I know of tried Eversoft products before, so, I decided to buy this for my mom and let her have a try. For day cream, I chose this Cellu-Age Theraphy with Botu Lift. It has UV protection and meant for day use. At the back of the box, it claims to also minimize fine lines/wrinkles, better skin and the standard praises. It’s priced at RM45.90 but there was a 20% discount. Quite a good buy.

I always test run the new products before I hand anything to my mom, to make sure that it does not irritate. But truth is, I like to try out new things. 😛 Surprisingly, this day cream does not feel sticky and oily on skin, and it does not irritate. I only used this for 3 days so I can’t really tell whether it really works like what it claims. I will check from my mom after a month. But seriously, whatever day or night cream we use. How to you judge whether it’s good or not? We don’t have a benchmark to determind. Do we? Apart from this, I have also bought the night cream in this series, will review it in my next post. 🙂

I have used Eversoft Total Defence, since Aug 2010 and it’s good for my skin. I had bought the toner, day cream, night cream and instant lifting serum from Mustafa in Singapore. It’s really good and I needed to buy more, is it available in Bangkok in one of the shopping malls?
