To combat my dehydrated skin (dry outside oily inside) woe, I have invested quite a bomb in hope to restore the balanced state. And yes I am still trying!
With good experience using the REN Moroccan Rose Otto Bath Oil, I decided to give REN O12 Ultra Moisture Serum a try despite the rather heavy price tag.
Housed in a glass bottle, I feel nervous each time when I am holding the bottle, for the fear of breaking it of course.
True enough, my skin feels plump with the use of this day and night.
Never thought I would say this but yes, the air-conditioner at my workplace dries out my skin so much I have to use products for winter.
I usually use it after toner and before moisturizer. And I do pair with another serum for hydration after using this!
It does not say how much to use, but I use 2 pumps in the day and only 1 pump at night.
I really dislike the design of the pump bottle, it makes it extremely not travel friendly!
I kept it in a pouch, and it leaked! Such a waste. If only they could put a better pump for it.
This is how 2 pumps look like. The serum is quite runny hence it can be easily spread on skin. Nice!
Best of all, I love the scent!
With a month’s use, my skin feels more bearable during the day. Otherwise, it starts drying up as early as 10am when I am working! Goodness!
And on the weekends, my skin actually looks radiant when I wake up 😀
For a 30ml, it retails at RM297 (~USD$80), and I would say it is worth it IF your skin needs some major goodness. I got mine from StrawberryNet with 10% off at only USD$72.

Haven’t seen or heard about this brand til this post, gosh I hear you when you say the product smells greats! Gives me the push to use it as often as I can 😀

If it smells anything like the body oil I love I’m going to love it. But I don’t have very dehydrated skin for now…
it smells ALMOST EXACTLY like like the body oil 😀 one doesn’t need a reason to try something new right? 😛
That’s an expensive serum! But it’s good to know it works well. I like the bottle, it’s elegant but I’m so clumsy I’d be afraid of breaking it.
I’ve got oily skin but with surface dryness; i find using Haba’s 100% pure Squalane oil works best for me at night.
