Very very long ago, I have used an epilator once, and indeed it was quite an interesting poky experience.
I have been using shaver all my life and this time, I decided I shall upgrade to an epilator, which is, ta dah! Pihlips Epilator 6408.
It came with a small brush, a sensitive cap for bikini area and underarms, and a loofah scrub, and of course an adapter. I will take a picture of the set when I use my camera again.
After reading the manual instructions, I carefully plugged in the cord and activated the epilator. The sound of the epilator scared me and looking at the blade, it is actually not blade, it is like…to clamp your hair out. But the rapid movement was really scary. I panicked for 10 mins and finally tried it. And guess what, I had it experienced on someone else first before trying it on my own to make sure that the epilator would not kill me. Oh yes, I am a chicken. I am zero pain-intolerance.
Finally, I braved myself to the epilator, and it was very pricky. It is just hard to describe that feeling, and my leg became this for my first time.
But the red dots are common for the first three use of epilation, slowly, you will get used to that. Oh yeah, the dots felt pain and poky on your skin. And the dots vanished when I woke up this morning.
I got this epilator from Philips warehouse sales at RM50, it should be about RM100+ in the market.
P/S: If you never used this before, please do not do it for the first time for an important date, the dots will make you regret.

hmm…looks kinda ouch to me!!
i like those leave on cream thingy that just miraculously make the hair drop off! no pain!….but im lazy so i usually just use the razors…
pssst.. let u in on a secret.. i think Braun epilator works better. Philip’s does not really pull out the roots very well.
i own a Philip’s by the way
Why remove the hair. Hair looks good.
fashionasia: i used to use those painless stuff too, then i tot for a change. I think razors are the best painful fastest choice still
jessie: braun does it better? damn…. you own a braun too? or just used the philips one?
exit: hair….is no good
