Putting Ice Cream on Face? Seriously? My Beauty Diary Mask Review – Blooming of Beauty:Coldstone Damask Rose

by xin on January 14, 2011

The title was exactly my first thought when I saw it.

A while ago, I have shown you my box of the new My Beauty Diary Mask – Blooming of Beauty series.

The first that caught my attention had to be this Coldstone Damask Rose.

Ice-cream flavored mask, can any masks get better than that?

Coldstone Damask Rose

Love the red-black packaging, it looks really sexy 🙂

Coldstone Damask Rose is actually for whitening and hydrating.

The only time I had Coldstone ice cream was when I was in Korea..ahhh how I am missing it now.

At the back of the mask, all the descriptions are printed in Chinese.

To be brief, it says:

– The long-lasting queen of flowers – rose, is now mixed with the goodness of Coldstone ice cream, is a unique blend of skincare. The essence of rose is able to keep our skin moist and on top of that, there is vanilla and milk to strengthen the moisture level in our skin. Together with blueberry and raspberry, our skin will be energized and hydrated.

Though my translation is not very accurate but it means something like that.

Mask is well-moisturized but it is not dripping wet.

The sheet of the mask is the improved version, which is transparent and in fact will help the mask to fit to our skin better and moisture to adhere longer. At least I could feel like gel-like is better for product absorption.

After leaving it on for my skin for about 30 mins, my skin felt really pampered and hydrated! It’s been long since I last had this ‘plump skin’ feeling until the next morning.

In a nutshell, I love it! I heard it is now available in some Watsons here, gotta check it out 😀
