Clay mask has always been one of my must-have masks at home. Although it might not be the best choice for dry skins out there, but clay mask usually works wonders for combination, congested skin if used on a weekly basis.
When I was given a tub of Cellnique Advanced Bio Renewal Masque to try, I was delighted as my Dermalogica clay mask was almost finished.
All brand new products are sealed with sticker, so you can be sure that the product is not tampered.
Uncapping the jar, and another cover underneath to keep the product from leaking out from the jar.
One thing about product in jar is: I think they should include a small spatula or something for us to scoop the product out so it is more hygienic.
The clay mask.
It smells wonderful! I love the pineapple scent on my face. It smells absolutely yummmmmy!!!
How do I use:
Cleanse my mask, and spread a layer evenly. Leave it on my face for about 15 mins (clay masks are usually not recommended to be left on face longer than 15 mins).
When I wash it off, I splash water to my face first to moisture the dried mask again. Rub in gentle circular motion to exfoliate my face. One thing great about this mask is, the tiny bits in the mask can use as exfoliation so I do not use a scrub prior to application.
Wash off cleanly and pat dry. Use on a weekly basis or twice a week if your skin is seriously congested. If you find the mask too dry for you, you can do a double mask by using another mask for hydration after using this mask.
Result:
Happily cleansed pores.

I think one 50g is going to last me a long time since I do not need to use much for each application. Overall, I love this product, but for those who have very sensitive skin or allergic to AHA/BHA, this might not be suitable for you.
