Evolle Facial Bar comes in a very simple paper-box packaging.

At the back of the box, you can see the brief instructions, and also ingredients used.

One of the ingredients used is moors in Austria which has been known for treating the wounded. And also, it is said that moor contains organic compounds that healing, detoxifying, and beauifying herbals.

Now, do you feel convinced already?

The Evolle Miracle Facial Soap Bar is rather small, and in dark color. It looks rather earthy and muddy.

I placed it on my palm, and you can see the size of the soap. And hey I don’t have an XL palm! The soap only measures at 35g.

There are 2 ways to use the soap:

Basic Cleansing:

Step 1:
Wet your hand, face & neck.Step 2:
Make gel-like creamy lather on your palm. You do not see much foam as it is formulated in such a way. Too much foam will cause dryness.
Apply the creamy lather on face, forehead & chin. Gently massage for 30-60 seconds. Then rinse off with water.
Step 3:
Use towel to tap dry. Do the same for neck area.

Lightening Effect:

If you want your skin to be much fairer with instant lightening:-

Step 1:
Wet your hand & face.
Step 2:
Make gel-like creamy lather on hand. Gently massage for 30 seconds & leave on for 1 min. Then rinse off with water.
Step 3:
Use towel to tap dry. You will notice your skin seems to have a layer of protection, fairer, smoother & hydrated.

Wet your palm first then rub the soap. It is true that it does not foam up very much like our normal soaps do.

If you add in a little more water and rub again, you will see the foam. However, according to the instructions, it is advisable not to foam it up too much as it can cause dryness.

I tried the lightening effect option by massaging the lather on my face for 30secs and leaving it for 1 min before I rinse off.

After rinsing my face clean, I did not feel any tightness on my face, and my face did feel clean without though without much foam. I love it for morning use as my skin felt really clean and fresh after using.

But at night, I will cleanse with cleansing milk first then only cleanse with Evolle. I feel much better this way 😛

So, did miracles happen to me?

After using the soap bar, I noticed that my skin tone is more even,  and less black/white heads, generally smoother too. Unfortunately my patch of pigmentation is still there. I love the feeling of as if I had an extra layer of moist on my skin after cleansing with the soap.

As much as I love the after-feeling, it is also the price that will put me off. Priced at RM99/35g, which might last you for 1-2 months, it is rather pricey. But if you have been trying every means to fight acne/eczema/burns/scars, perhaps this might save your day.
