I think it is just hard to slim down, regardless of the amount of gels and cream sometimes. Although we know that it is just gimmick, but we are still willing to pay for a certain price in exchange for a hope to lose weight. And, this is the same goes for ShiMiZu body slimming salt.
I have heard of my friend who used a lot of weight by just rubbing edible salt while bathing, yes, the coarse salt that you use for cooking. Not the fine ones but the extremely coarse one. She said it’s cheaper to get that than all these ‘dead sea salt’. I don’t know if it was true, but she did lose quite some weight.
So, I got myself a bottle of this Shimizu Body Slimming Salt from Watsons at RM19.90 for 500g.
You are advised to rub the problem ara for 3-5 minutes in clock-wise circulation, and do it cosistently for 3 months to see results. Of course, that area will appear red and warm after you rub it for some minutes. The salt feels stingling on my body after rubbing it for about 3 mins. I have used it for like a week now and still have not seen any result.

I got it for RM18 when it was on sale at Watson.
It does work for my tummy and my back like making the spot with fat to become more firmer rather than flabby. But it does not reduce the fat as the salt is more toward making improving the blood circulations when we massage our skin with the salt.
The only good thing is that the salt is side effect free compare to those cream which leave really hot sensations and leaving scent all over the place.
The salt does finnish really fast and if you really follow their advice to see the result in 3 month, you need like 7 tub of the salt.

my advice is to use products that says it will show results in no less than 1month. never use products that says it’ll show results in 2weeks or 1week blah blah. when u stop using those, your body will go back to the way it was and that is wasting money.
i’ve used shimizu products before for 3months and it works well for me. it slims my body abit but i was more happy that my body has better shape and tone as before. even when i stop using it the results still stays.

b4 dis i’ve done a lot to reduce my wieght.i use the slimming gel(lots of brand) and also drinks slimming coffe.but wat i get is juz an increasing number of my weight.then i try dis shimizu slimming salt and stop drinking slimming coffe n used the slimming gel, i mix the salt wif my shower gel and have my bath as usual.it works so far on me, i hv lost about 2KGs so far in less a month..now im thinking of buying the slimming gel of shimizu..

I’m very particular about my weight and body shape. i’ve been using a lot of slimming products, from gel to slimming cream and so many2 types of slimming tea. all are expensive and good brand. i bought shimizu slimming salt and body shapping gel yesterday. when using the slimming salt while bathing, it melts on the skin and the moment you rinse it off, it was so amazing that you can feel the skin become so soft and smooth. when applying the gel, its easily absorb. i think it will works for me. hopefully.

Vivian: I dont think it has any side effects. It retails in Guardian/Watsons at about less than RM30. I never tried the body shaping conditioner. but the general rule is – you get better results if you use things in a complete set
I’ve tried it, I bought it at Watson even though I’m not sure it will help. My weight on that moment was 58kg, after using it during bathed, I leave it about 5 -10 minutes (instruction said 3-5 minutes).. =)
Now, I can’t believe my current weight is 51kg after using it almost 5 weeks…Not bad!!
I just bought today . rm19.90 for 500g. I was awesome! i cant wait to see the result! After i shower my skin became more smooth and tender ! As if i just used olive oil and apply onto my body =D
