I am not a really huge fan of blusher, I only buy when necessary. So, since my the other one and only blusher is too pinkish for me, I decided to buy another one.
I bought this creme blusher from The Body Shop with 23% discount, too good.
This blusher is 04, golden pink. There are another 2 colors, but this is the color that goes with any outfit more easily.
Although with brush, I think it is easier to blend the powder type of blusher, but after trying this on my face, I knew I was wrong! It’s actually very easy to push and blend this cream blusher. It’s even easy to blend with fingers, and you need only a little to see the shimmer result.
But, when you apply on your check, it is not too shimmery, it’s just nice. This blusher is averagely lasting. Lasted me for about 4 hours on my face. I don’t know why, blusher just don’t stay long on my face, and btw my face is not oily. Weird.
With only 8ml, priced at RM42. I think, it is an okay buy. Suitable for my budget.

one thing i hate about gel, mousse blush is that i gotta use fingers. and its harder to apply (for me) cause i use mineral foundation which is in powder form. grrrr…
i tried my sis benetint and it looks gorgeous, just a slight flush but then my finger looks like i slammed a door on it cause it refuse to come out without a fight, even with soap. grrr x2
hmm i bought this Stila blusher for 80 bucks years and years ago and i still can’t finish using it haha.. good deal for money huh? and im still loving it as it stays long on my cheeks too!
jessie: yeah some people prefer powder blush, it’s actually whatever suits you.
I tried the benetint of my hand too!! I love the scent so much!!! Like syrup i so feel like drinking it!
Sharon: it’s good that you found your love, but all cosmetics have certain life span, so, don’t use it for too long?
Remember, what you put on your face should be as fresh as what you put in your mouth
I tried Shiseido The Makeup Accentuating Color Stick (Multi Use) in S4 Rouge Flush and simply love it! The texture is creamy and it’s not too hard to apply (still have to use fingers though). Smells great too. It’s a bit pricey at RM98. I’ve tried L’oreal cream blush (in a tube) but must say that it didn’t blend too well on the skin, and I have pretty skilled fingers!
