After hearing so many raves about this Vitamin C Skin Boost, esp the stunning review from beetrice, i knew i had to get this.
So, about a month ago I bought this Vitamin C Skin Boost. I was excited and couldn’t wait to test it out. Since the serum is silicone-like, it is not oily at all.
After applying religiously before moisturizer for about 2 weeks, to my horror…..guess what???
MY SKIN WAS BREAKING OUT LIKE CRAZY!!!!
Actually the break out started right after 2 days of using it, but i thought it needed some time to settle down. But it did not. So, I had to go facial to my self-rescue.
Now that I have stopped using it, however, the marks are still stubborn 🙁
According to the beautician, i was told that dry skin should not use this as it is too aggressive and provoking for my skin.
Oh well….bah!!!

Aww… that sounds awful. Perhaps its the silicones that your skin doesn’t like.

Ouch, that sucks. Too bad it didn’t work out for you. Unfortunately silicon does not work for all skin types 🙁
beetrice & parisb: yeah, i guess my skin doesn’t like it
