The wonders of water

We can’t emphasize on the wonders of drinking sufficient water daily. We have heard numeroues studies and reports on the papers and mags. Ideally, 8 big glasses each day will be enough for you to run your motor smoothly.

The important part is, wash down with a big glass of water right water you wake up, to both flush your toxins away and resupply the water that you lose over a night. Or even better, have a glass of warm lemon water, squeeze some lemon into a little warm water and drink it. Trust me, this is no bullshit and it really works.

Lately, I keep reminding myself that I should drink more water to keep my skin hydrated, and, true enough, after about a month of this practice, my skin condition changed. I used to have occasional outbreaks, but now, I don’t see the outbreak anymore, and pimple will be gone within 2 days completely without having to apply any pimple cream.

I don’t know whether this is the total credit of H2o alone, or my skincare as well. I shall credit the both of them. So, if you have not drink enough, start today and observe the result yourself!

Be caution though, 3L of water a day should be enough, anything more than that, there might be water retention, which I experienced myself as well. So, happy drinking!
