Sunscreen is one of the most important items in skincare, and also one of the my hardest-to-buy products as I don’t always bump into one that works really well for me without breaking me out.
Over the years, I have had countless cleansers and moisturizers, but fewer sunscreens.
When I received a bottle of Hada Labo UV Moist Emulsion SPF 50 + PA+++ for review, I was excited as I have read about it on My Women Stuff before it was brought into Malaysia.
The packaging itself is pretty straight forward, which is a plus point. Who needs expensive packaging when a cheaper one can do an equally good job?
A slim bottle houses 38 ml of product, and yes, it is a weird number, but the more the better!
At the back of the bottle, it’s all printed in Japanese O_o
The texture of the sunblock is very light yet moisturizing enough for me. It did not clog my pores, and did not turn me into a butter .
I have had quite a few sunscreens that were too drying for me, as some dried, they left a dry film on my face and it was annoying. Thank goodness this doesn’t!
It’s easy to spread and doesn’t leave a white cast nor sticky film. And the bottle travels very well as there’s almost no chance for leakage at all. And the slim design allows you to slip into your handbag pocket easily
I love it! Being at a relatively affordable price and it works, it’s hard not to love it. Hopefully they formulate one with tint too
Price: RM49.90
Availability: Major pharmacies, supermarkets

I can’t seem to choose for now with all the wonderful non-sticky sunscreen coming out! I have heard about the greatness of Hada Labo, my friend even hoarded this brand in China?
I’ll have to take a look at it when I visit Singapore.
EEEEk see you girls soon!!!

Sadly, this didn’t work out for me
It was okay for the first few days then I started breaking out and getting tiny rashes. My skin cannot tolerate anything with SPF50 and above, which is really weird. I have tried so many before but they all made my skin react in one way or the other.

I love the clarins one but this is a really good one too! I’m using less of my Clarins now (cuz I don’t wanna finish it up) and more of this knowing that it’s good AND affordable!
