Compared to the cosmetics available at most pharmacies, Candy Eyes is a very affordable brand if you need varieties. Unlike KATE, Candy Eyes products certainly are more suitable for most teens who have limited budget for make up set.
Candy Eyes have other in line products such as mascara, eye liner, eye shadow, nail colors and etc. I found this palette at Watson’s quite some time ago. I was looking for eyeshadow with young colors and shimmery effect. This palette immediately caught my attention. It has 3 tones on a single palette, which is metallic white, light blue and darker blue. It’s very nice to wear it for a night out as it adds the bling bling effect. You can layer these 3 colors together.
The shimerry white in this palette is very useful for an effect. Refer to the illustration above, use a very tiny tip to apply the white color and the corner of your eyes, you gotta do this carefully, overcoloring that corner will make you look as if you have ‘eye shit’ on your eye. Similarly, you can buy a white highlighter for the effect as the tip of the pencil is usually smaller. The white color will immediately ‘open up’ and brighten your eyes when you do it correctly. It is as if you have bigger eyes.
This palette is only around RM14.90 or less. Definitely worth the price. I would say it’s a steal. 😉
