I am a big fan of pantyliner too. But I don’t recommend the scented ones as the scent might “disturb” the balance down there.

cc: Hey thanks for the feedback. I will take note of it
I have unscented ones as well, usually I use them randomly

Yeah, I prefer the unscented ones too. Thank goodness for the invention of the pantyliners eh? Can remember how darn bulky the normal napkin was during a light-flow day. Three cheers for the liner! :p

Tine: you prefer unscented ones too? After some research, I am surprised that actually many girls do not use liner. haha thick pads were the ‘out fashion’ now.
Long live liner!

Actually, it is advisable to avoid the usage of pantyliners as much as possible. Pantyliners traps moisture and hinders ventilation. In the long run, it could cause problems such as fungal or bacterial infection. 100% cotton undies are encouraged too. CC’s right, if absolutely necessary, it’s better to opt for unscented ones. It doesn’t sound sexy, but trust me, “trush” is even more un-sexy.

Hi Passerby, yeah I know what do u mean, I change my panty liner quite regularly, i nv wait till it’s ‘fully loaded’, in fact I feel uneasy with too much trapped moisture, but thing is, i feel even bad with stained undies

I change pad about 4-5 hours, but usually i wear it during menstruation (with tampon), because i feel more comfortable – otherwise it is ad hoc.
We can buy here always, carefree, libresse, and some tesco, rossmann, europrofit, intimos:) other noname napkins, and hyg. products .. Unfortunately, in our country the new products arrives later, so i did not meet that kind of carefree liner. I would like to try it, but i cannot order even samples from this tea extracted lin is this side of oversea.
