Care and Conceal your Panda Eye: Garnier Anti-Dark Circles Eye Roller Review

by xin on August 19, 2011

I have been a user of Garner Aqua Essence eye roller almost since they brought the product in Malaysia. And I am kinda addicted to it.

Not that it has awesome results, but I love using it. The fun of rolling the cool ball around my eye, and it is hand-free! No risk of tugging my eye area.

And, when a good friend of mine returned from UK, she has brought me quite some surprises, and one of them is Garnier Anti-Dark Circle Eye Roller.

Garnier Roll-on Anti dark Circles

Garnier Anti-Dark Circle Eye Roller it’s an awesome product in a tube.

It is not your regular anti dark circles eye cream, it is a tinted eye cream!

See? It’s messy but it works as a concealer!

Although I love my Bobbi Brown corrector and concealer, but it is just too much of a hassle to apply them daily, especially in the mornings when I am in the hurry to work.

But with this roller, it doesn’t take you more time than usual when you apply your eye gel (unless you don’t at all)

Garnier Roll-on Anti dark Circles Shade

It comes in only one shade, it is non oily, and dries up pretty fast.

My panda eye – before.

The amount I have in the picture is actually a bit too much.

Spread it gently with your ring finger to dab it evenly.

For the extra, you can even cover your eyelid if you wish!

Garnier Roll-on Anti dark Circles After

Voila!

Panda eye gone effortlessly!

Quite amazing isn’t it? Especially when it is just an eye-care, not a dedicated concealer.

By comparison, you can see that the dark circle has been lightened,  but of course not covered completely.

I am not sure how will you look if you have darker skin tone and do not apply foundation together with the use of this. You may have unusually brighter eyes against your skin tone.

The color does take a little while to settle in and blend with the rest of  my face.

Overall, I am loving this product  for the convenience of 2-in1, especially as a concealer. I am not sure about the ‘caring’ part, but for its price, I don’t really expect a lot out of it.

Would you give it a try when it is in our market? :D

Price: USD$12.99

Availability: At time of writing, it is available in the USA & UK, and has yet to reach Malaysia.

it’s fun and easy to use! and it doesn’t leak out from the bottle (for now), great for traveling since it’s 2-in-1
