Esmeria Mild and Moisturizing Shampoo

by xin on May 26, 2009

Some of you might not hear of the brand Esmeria before, neither had I till my friends gave me some samples to try out. And I was quite surprised by the quality of the products and I now own a couple of Esmeria products,eg facial wash, facial scrub, body bath & lotion, and latest addition is shampoo!

esmeria, shampoo for sensitive scalp

Esmeria Mild and Moisturizing Shampoo! True that, it is really mild. It is very different from the shampoo I have previously used. It does not lather up a lot of foam, nor smelling like most of the shampoos out there.

Its scent is very mild, and transparent!

I have an annoying oily and itchy scalp. And the regular shampoos will itch the hell out of me. Best thing about this shampoo is, it does not itch me at all! My scalp has been less oily and almost non-itchy even though i have not washed hair for 16 hours!

Amazing product.

esmeria, shampoo for sensitive scalp ingredients

For those who are interested in the ingredients.

And also, another plus point is: even though i skip the moisturizer after shampoo sometimes, my hair still feels soft :D now this is something that I really like <3

The downside is: 300ml shampoo sets you back around RM48-RM50. But I can forsee myself repurchasing this till I find better or cheaper alternative.

Available at selected pharmacies.

Hi. I have been following your very interesting blog and I think I should give a small comment here on Esmeria product.

I use their Balancing Cleanser as my twice-a-day-face-wash. (just a tiny drop is good enough since im lazy to put anything on my face).

If you see the label at the bank. It says discard after 9months of opening. This shows less preservative, as compared to my ORIGINS thirst quencher mask, it says 24months.

So I buy my products based on that. The shorter the life span after opening, the better (I hope you get what I’m trying to explain here. =) And of course, less harmful ingredients such as Alcohol, SLaurethS, etc.

Well if you check out FANCL, it is even better. 60days, 90days, unopen product can only last 1 year. But this I got to order from Hong Kong (cheapest). If kiasu – can try Singapore ;p. Thailand and Taiwan carry the brand too. Unfortunately not Malaysia.. SIGH.
