Despite the raves from ParisB about Dior glosses, I have got my hands on them till recently, I had a RM40 vouchers to use thanks to someone 😀
Battling between a polish and a lip gloss, I chose the latter as I had a polish in similar shade already.
And since I have many glosses in pink/light pink, so I picked a bright red gloss for the upcoming Chinese New Year.
Named ‘Little Red Dress’, it’s such a cute name.
Despite the bright color on the tube, it is rather sheer if you are light handed.
To get the pigmented color, you will need a huge dip to apply on lips. And the application can get quite uneven if it’s a light layer.
Even on its own, it is a nice color. However, I am not quite liking the brush as I find that it is very hard to do a neat outline with the brush.
It helps to brighten up the entire face with a little shimmer in the gloss. It’s just the right amount of shine without looking tacky 🙂
However, the color does not last on me and the gloss is almost gone as soon as I eat or drink 🙁
If there is a ever a lip color that can last on me for at least half a day, I will be first to buy it!
P/S: Even the Benetint does not last very long on me despite the staying power on most people

it’s my common problem with all lip colors, but on the bright side, i get to finish them faster if i keep having to reapply!

A very pretty red on you! You look so sweet. 😀 Gosh, I love the packaging and seeing the vivid red in the tube lol. I agree it doesn’t last, but I like that it’s not sticky at all and doesn’t gunk up on lips if you need to reapply.
