I have seen this Maybelline Expert Liner (Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner) in CLEO quite some months back and it is finally on the shelves now.
Of course, I have to try it out. 
Compared to my current Red Earth Perfect Line, this Expert Liner is not as watery so you have easy control, very easy to use especially for the starter. It is almost like pencil type, except that it is liquid, so, you can even draw slowly now to top your lid. It is very easy to control hence you will have a nice line drawn, without much mess.
It is sad to be water proof, but, it feels different from the liquid liner. When you remove it with make up remover, it comes off like flakes, but liquid, you can even scrap it off carefully with your nails! Of course, you shouldn’t do it.
Priced at RM24.90, I would say it’s a very good buy.

yea.. i want this too.. seems easy for me as i’m very very beginner in applying eyeliner.. (esp the liquid one..)
is there any other colours available?
Maria: Yeah you should get one, it is so easy to use! I think only black available, or maybe there is a dark brown one. You can check out watson’s though 
and if you buy it during 10% or 20% sale time, even better!

i’ve tried it..it’s ok..but maybe bcoz i’m a amateur..so,it’s quit difficult for me..but i think it’s good enough..and maybe i need to practice more..well,practice make perfect..hehehe..
