My simple tools:
1. One sharp-tip comb
2. Sally Hansen Base & Top Coat
3. Some nail colors as u like
Ta dah! The process is:
1. Paint a layer of base coat, blow dry and wait
2. Paint pink color, blow dry and wait
3. Dab some white paint with the comb then dab on your colored-nails, blow dry and wait also
4. Polish with the same base coat, blow till completely dry
A part of my polish has chipped off as a result of zipping my jeans before it was completely dry 
It is not easy to use left hand to paint on right nails. But i believe with more practice and patience and creativity like Nikki, I can do it too! 
Here is how you should use your comb. Try out when you are free! its fun!!!
P/S: using your existing comb will save u from a great deal of money from purchasing those professional nail art tool, esp if u are a 3-min-passion person like me. hehehe.

btw, you can also try using toothpick instead of a comb
