From now on, every Monday I will post a nail art tutorial, pretty nails are definitely one of the good ways to boost your spirits up for the Monday blues. 😀 Since it’s Christmas season, I shall do some nail art for the season!
Theme of the week is: Snowman. I painfully painted the snowman on my thumb nail! It is a snowman ladies. (my bf thought it was a penguin… -_-”’, dumb dumb)
1. Paint a base coat, let dry and then paint a layer of white polish
2. Use a black polish and dap on the top of the nail as the hat. (snowman wears a hat!)
3. Use a dotting tool, or a sharp end comb to dot 2 black eyes.
4. Use a tiny brush and dab a little bit of orange nail polish as the nose.
5. Then, use a pink polish to draw a scarf, (although this looks like the snowman is wearing a G-string), continue to dab some dots.
And…done! Paint a layer of top coat as well to prevent it from chipping.
What about the rest of the nails?
For the sake of ease, I just painted white,and black, and a layer of glitter nail polish as the snow fall! 😀
It’s not perfect but I think I can live with it 😀
