I guess many of you have read about the launching of Clarins’ Autumn/Winter Collection 2009 codenamed Nude Inspirations on various blogs, but I have mine to share too!

The Nude Inspirations collection!

In the line they have:  Face & Blush Duo Compact, Eyebrow Kit Pro Palette, Concealer Stick in 4 shades, Color Quartet for Eyes, Joli Rouge in in 6 new shades, and Single Eye Color in 9 new shades.

Don’t you just lurrrveee the model?

The great thing about being in a small session is, you can have all your time to swatch, to study the colors, and to question as much as you want.  And of course pic snapping! Look at how nice this Face & Blush Duo Compact is!

It is 2-tier in a compact, now, you don’t need another casing for blusher already. And see the wheat printed on the cake! It is just so….awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww how how how am I going to have the heart to use it?

And the Eyebrow kit is awesome too! So convenient in a pack! If I have no other brow kit, I would have gotten this too.

Fast forward to my make over.

I was of indeed, honored, to be made up by Michelle, who is the Beauty Events & Education Manager. She is so pretty and has VERY long, REAL lashes! (but i forgot to snap a pic of her…).

Ok, as base/foundation, she mixed 3 products together.

3 in 1! I like the fact that we can just mix them at one go, it’s VERY convenient right? Blend them evenly and voila.

Me before the make-over. The horrible eye bags, and…I look..so..unnatural in front of camera.

I was asked what makeup I wanted, and I just pointed to the model on the poster!

The nude palette was really nice and subtle, it does not show up much on camera, but it is very nice in person. ParisB and Bee can testify that!

I fell REALLY in love with it…and ended up buying a palette! And I think I need a single eyeshadow in dark brown.

The after make over?

After the make over. I accidentally deleted the photo I took in the mall after the makeover, so here is one!

And the single eye color swatches without flash. I personally like the silver green and mystery grey.

And with flash. And oh, the texture is great too.

And the Joli Rouge lippies without flash.

I had the Pink earth on me and the color looked awesome despite the fact that it looks dark here. Maybe it’s because of my pale lips.

And the Color Quartet for Eyes swatch.  I am SO in love with it!

And we went home with a goodie bag too!

Aw! The pouch is so cute!!! Is Chinese New Year around the corner already?

And tadah! The goodie bag. Clarins has really been generous with us, we were given the Face & Blush Duo Compact, Single Eye Color in Ice Blue, and a Jouli Rouge for us to try out.

( I will review them soon….as soon as I have the heart to scrap the beautiful compact)

And me? Ta dah! Got the Eye Quartet on the spot! Since I do not have a nude palette yet, it’s ok for me to get it right?
