Metholatum is an old favorite of most people. In fact, the lip ice was my first ever purchased lip products! Besides the old love, my new love is their Think Pink Lip Moisturizer now 
Now, they have new lip balm with Super Hyaluronic Acid.
It comes in 2 flavors: Peppermint and Fragrance Free, both with SPF15+.
The lip balm is pretty simple, no frill packaging and straight forward. I like peppermint, but I find that if I apply this on my chapped lips, it tends to sting for a while! Although it can soothe, but it’s not effective as the really moisturizing and greasier ones.
I think this is good enough for day use when you just want a light layer of balm prior to applying lipsticks. And it has SPF too.
For heavily chapped lips, I would recommend you to just dip your Q-tip in olive oil and apply it.
Overall, I think it serves alright as a basic lip balm, but not as treatment

ahhh I need treatment! My lips are chapping like crazy eventhough I’m a constant balm user! Using olive oil is a great idea
