A while ago, as I was roaming in 1-Utama, I stumbled upon a Guardian warehouse sales. Although I really did not need anything, I went in to see anyway -_-
There were tonnes of Ginvera, ZA and Bio-Essence products on sale. And I thought it might be a good time to get my hands on the famous ZA foundation.
Along the foundation, I picked up this Pore Smoother for only RM15, which usually retails at RM39.90 and it is a new product.
I was told that this balm could instantly make my pores disappear and you should apply prior to foundation.
O_o pores disappearing? Seriously?! I thought RM15 was not too bad for a myth-debunking.
The short descriptions of the product.
And please take note that it contains minerals.
It is a small flat pan that holds the balm quite well.
It looks thick from the pan but in fact it is VERY light-weighted. I usually apply it on my T-zone and cheeks where the pores are more visible. It goes on quite smoothly and disappears right away, it makes you wonder: where did it go?
For pore covering department, I think it does nothing at all for my pores. I can’t see or feel any differences at all.
However, it works well in oil-control! I notice that my T-zone is not greasier than the rest of my face when I use it. Apply it after all your skincare routine but before your foundation.
Overall, I think this is just an okay-product. I can still live without it, by just blotting a couple more times a day
Price: RM39.90
Availability: In major pharmacies
If you would like to get this, wait for the sale!

I have been intrigued with the brand ZA since I saw the HK commercial when I was still working in Shenzhen, too bad I wasn’t that into makeup at that time
thanks to the sale, i am quite liking their 2-way cake now. seems good and its cheap!
i also got this! can use before or after foundation, i sometimes use this after foundation, rub a bit on shiny areas and watch the oil go away haha
oh thanks for the tip! i just tried, and my nose feels quite matte now
Looks interesting
I tried this many years ago, think the pot belonged to a friend and didn’t notice any pore shrinkage. But I didn’t pay attention to oil control, so maybe that’s what this product is good for.
i think so too
That’s too bad it doesn’t work on pores but yay for oil control.
