Years ago when I first got my hands on my mom’s perfume – Hugo Woman, I immediately loved it even though I was only 12. I simply loved smelling good all the time! She had a miniature of it and naturally it became mine 😀
Growing up, I have always wanted to have a perfume collection, and display all the bottles on in a glass cupboard.
I can’t say I have a large collection now but I am slowly moving towards the dream 😀
Escada Sentiment has been discontinued now, it has been created since 2000, and has gone a long way.
As you can see, the bottle is still rather full though I have been having it for quite a while, because:
- It’s not my most-favorite in my collection
- The bottle is long in shape and I tend to hit it whenever I try to take another perfume out from the cupboard
However, the heart shape cap is truly a sweetheart. How not to love it right?
if you expect the perfume to be heavily-scented, well you are wrong.
It goes on floral at first, and slowly turns to musky scent. Where did the black current and red berries go?
Sadly, the scent doesn’t last long on me either. It almost disappears almost completely after 30 minutes after spritzing onto my skin. What’s wrong with me?
The top notes: green mandarin orange, magnolia, iris, black currant and red berries.
The middle notes: hyacinth, white peach and tuberose.
The base notes are: sandalwood, palisander rosewood, heliotrope, vanilla and ambergris.
Overall, I don’t find the scent exciting or intriguing, I am more of a really fruity/floral person. But I certainly don’t mind having it because it is pretty!
You might still be able to find this in the local Sasa retailing at about RM200+- for a 50ml bottle.

The packaging looks pretty! I love the heart-shaped cap too. Too bad the scent doesn’t last long though.
but with your tips of how to make perfume lasts longer, it might work 😉
