With so many reviews flying around on the Internet for the new Revlon lip butter, out of curiosity, I just had to pick up one to try it. There were about 8 colors, but I only bought one because I am a good girl like that 
Macaroon is a subtle shade of red with hints of coral.
A single swipe, it is lightly pigmented and color can be built up with second or third layer. The texture is soft and smooth, even if you apply without prior to a lip balm, but it is not as buttery as I imagined it to be, Surprisingly, the color is almost the longest lasting lip color that I have.
It usually lasts for the entire morning till after lunch, which is quite a bonus for me already 
I have rather pale lips so the shade from the tube is usually not far away from my lips. I absolutely have no complaints about the price I pay and the quality I get, but there is no WOW factor either, not like what I have anticipated. However, I do wish that it were glossier and more buttery!
However, I am not sure if I will pick up another color for myself right now. But if someone were to ask for recommendation for budget lip color, this will be in my mind!

I’d say they are really decent drugstore lipsticks at a very fair price too.

I think it looks great on you! Funny how all the youtube people can never make it look good. I mean, they rave about it, but I don’t find any wow. Somehow, I think you really rock it!
Personally, my lips are so dark and pigmented, and dry that I don’t think these will ever look good on me. T.T
