For all my life, i have only used the regular toner. However this time, since my skin condition is rather unstable, dry skin on the outside and oily inside so I need to tune it back.
I was recommended this SES Balancing Toner by my beautician to restore the skin balance.
True that. I have been using it for about 2 weeks now and my skin has shown some improvement in the oil production. The oiliness and dryness has ceased.
I guess this is what it is different than other toner, other than moisturizing, this works in balancing.
I am not sure about how much is a 200ml of this. It should be not more than RM100.
