Swab Plus To Go – Overnight Revitalizing Swabs for Lips Review

by xin on April 27, 2011

Swab Plus has been something that I have been seeing at quite a few places including the prints.

So, what’s big deal about it? Because everything it is in Q-tip? In fact, Skinfood has eye makeup remover in Q-tips too!

I picked  a pack of Overnight Revitalizing Swabs for Lips from Sasa. A pack of Swab Plus consists of 24 sticks filled with treatment.

They have other products like eye makeup remover, nail polish mess remover etc.

To use the swab, you have to break the tip then let the essence flow and wet the other tip.

Though it is sort-of convenient, but carrying one lip balm still beats having to carry a box of this.

Be careful when you open the box, the swabs might fly out from the box, they will get dirty landed on the wrong place.

Snap the tip with red line and watch it flow, watch it flow!

The process takes about a minute, and one swab is definitely too much for anyone’s lips.

So, I use the remaining essence as cuticle oil. YEAY!

I left it on my lips overnight, but sad to say, I don’t feel any extra-ordinary result the next morning. Will I repurchase? Definitely not this one, but perhaps the other products just to try.

Price: RM9.90 at Sasa/Watsons

Good: More hygienic if you keep the rest of the swabs clean. Can be shared.

Bad: Quite pricey because if you calculate the pay per use, which works up to about RM0.41/pc.

I had never heard about these before! I think they sound useful, though a bit odd. I think I’ll just stick to lip balm for now though, thanks for the review.

I saw this and was rather tempted to get it… just for the gimmick! :P
