Any food that looks white, or is in white, can be categorized into this family, the examples are grain, flour, sugar, salt, animal fat, bean curd, cod fish, lily, white carrot, onion, almond, or seed lotus.
White color food, such as, bean curd ( or more commonly known as “tauhu” ), milk, and fish, is the source of all good protein. They provide the carbohydrate we need, maintain our body temperature, keep our lives going, and helps our growth.
Some white food if cannot be eaten excessively, else it might cause failures in our organs. The white food has been grouped into 3 categories according to their nutritional values :
To Be Consumed Less
Rice, flour, animal fats, rock sugar
To Be Consumed Carefully
Salt, monosodium glumate
To Be Consumed More
Bean curd, milk, cod fish, almond, lily, carrot, onion and etc.
