Valentine’s Nail: Who says Valentine’s must be sweet?

Since Valentine’s is just around the corner, and many of you girls have posted Valentine’s make up, what about the nails? And….since I can’t draw my face properly, I shall post this simple tutorial for nail art. My theme is: Who says Valentine’s must be sweet?

Not necessarily pink, white or red only right?

The tools I use:

1. Black nail polish of any brand
2. Nail sticker as shown below. I got mine from Daiso for RM5.
3. Toothpick
4. Top Coat

RM5 for the win! I think this is rather expensive because for RM5 i could get quite some amount of gemstones, but this is cool for convenience 😀

1. Apply a base coat and then layer black polish. Make it a thin and swift application. Air bubbles will appear if your polish is too thick for one time run. So, tap your nail brush at the opening of the nail color to remove excessive polish. Let dry.

2. Use a toothpick to remove this sticker from the cardboard. It is quite sticky so it is better to use toothpick instead of your finger as it is rather fragile and hard to life up the stones.

3. Stick the remaining stickers according to the sequence …and voila! Simple and fast! Definitely will go well with any of your little black dress. 🙂

4. Remember to layer another top coat to strengthen the position of the stones. It will come off easily especially when you wash your hair. Other than that, bling bling is all cool!
