I bought this Wellsen Art CT6 Serum for Split Ends at the beauty expo, it’s retail price is RM45 but I bought it for RM30 for 50 ml. I think it is quite a budget and good buy, it will last me for around 5-6 months. This serum contains light fragrance, and, it does not make your hair oily if you only apply it at the end of your hair, of course, no one applies serum at the hair root.
