I have no idea why, I am very prone to insomnia. It gets very annoying when my sleep gets disrupted, or when I try hard to sleep and yet I can’t sleep.
I am not really a afternoon-nap person, so, I can stay like 20 hours awake a day alive and kicking. I do get tired, but still I won’t fall asleep easily. I have tried many ways to sleep, but all failed.
What do you do when you can’t sleep? Usually, I will just get up and surfing or blogging, until I get really tired. But, sometimes, I just get more and more awake sitting in front of computer.
Sigh. Any suggestions to help me sleep? HELPPPPPPPP!

Pretty sure your stamina isn’t that good as well… I was like that previously, but adjusting time is one important thing… Now I sleep at 11pm automatically and wake 7am automatically, you need time management here…
Try reading…it might help…and drinking a glass of milk too…

Gavllivanter: The only book I read it crayon sinchan comic 😛 but, seriously, will drinking a glass of milk help? I try it sometimes but it feels like a breakfast to me then my body will start to be active.
